Toyota of Stroudsburg Parts department is looking for an organized, dependable Parts Coordinator who understands that a quality repair starts with having the right parts, in the right condition, at the right time. In this role, you'll work closely with estimators, technicians, and vendors to support complete repairs, reduce delays, and help customers get back on the road. What You'll Do Accurately identify, quote, and order parts based on repair plans, including required clips, fasteners, and one-time-use components. Coordinate with estimators and technicians to confirm parts needs and communicate changes throughout the repair. Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy, damage, and completeness; compare replacement parts with damaged parts when appropriate. Label and organize parts by repair order, keeping storage areas accurate, accessible, and ready for production. Deliver or stage parts for technicians according to repair schedules and job status. Track special orders and backorders, follow up with vendors, and promptly communicate delays to the appropriate team members. Ensure every part issued is accurately billed or documented on the correct repair order. Process unused, incorrect, damaged, warranty, and core returns promptly, and follow through on outstanding credits. Follow applicable warranty parts retention, labeling, and return procedures. Monitor inventory and shop supplies, report shortages, and assist with inventory accuracy and lost-sales tracking. Respond professionally to parts inquiries and provide accurate pricing and availability information. Maintain a clean, organized department and help identify ways to reduce errors and repair delays. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities. A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
