Parts Specialist Jones Chevrolet GMC - Warren, PA Full-Time Jones Chevrolet GMC is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our Parts Department. This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. You'll work directly with our service technicians, customers, and other dealership departments to make sure the correct parts are identified, ordered, received, and ready when they're needed. Automotive or dealership parts experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates who are mechanically inclined, comfortable with computers, organized, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist technicians and customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems Order parts and track incoming orders Receive, check in, label, and stock incoming inventory Maintain an organized and accurate parts department Pull and stage parts for service technicians Assist retail and wholesale parts customers Process parts sales, returns, and special orders Help maintain accurate inventory counts Communicate with technicians, service advisors, customers, and vendors Provide friendly, professional customer service Perform other duties necessary to support the Parts and Service Departments What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Is organized and pays attention to details Has strong computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems Communicates well with customers and coworkers Can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Enjoys working with vehicles, parts, or mechanical equipment Is willing to learn and become more knowledgeable about automotive parts Works well as part of a team Previous automotive dealership, parts department, service, mechanical, or inventory experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person .
