West Chester is looking for a full-time Parts Counter Person to support our Parts Department. All qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTS COUNTER ASSOCIATE

(include but are not limited to): Responsible for shipping, receiving and wholesale part sales Assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles Provide technicians with the correct parts for customer vehicles Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership Serve as backup to stocking clerk as necessary Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE PARTS COUNTER ASSOCIATE ROLE

Customer Service skills Self-Motivated Team Player Desire to work with people Written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment A valid state driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.
