The Bush Collision Center Parts Coordinator is responsible for assisting Estimators and Technicians with processing requests for parts. Primary objectives include receiving and inspecting incoming items for damage and fitment while communicating with estimators and technicians on arrivals. #BushHiringCollision Experience working at a collision repair center or in a parts Understanding the functions of Mitchell Repair Center Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software Strong knowledge of general automotive parts Ability to effectively communicate Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders. Physical Requirements:

In your duties, you'll a ssist technicians by looking up the correct parts needed for the vehicle repairs and monitor the progress of the part orders and updates technicians on delivery times and delays.

In addition:

Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the collision center. Locating received items in designated areas for technician retrieval. Coding invoices for accounting and ensuring they are posted on each repair in Mitchell Repair Center. Checking in paint and shop supply orders and putting away stock. Updating Color net inventory on received paint and material items. Pick, pack and ship parts return as needed. Run/maintain parts return report by vendor. Post credits and code for accounting. Maintaining department cleanliness and organization. Follow any and all other instructions and duties assigned by management.
