Outside Parts Sales Representative - Transportation Industry Fleet XL Inc is seeking motivated and results-driven Outside Parts Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who can build strong customer relationships, grow territory sales, and provide outstanding support to customers in the trucking, trailer, and transportation industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, and earning commission based on performance. Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with trucking fleets, repair shops, owner-operators, and transportation customers Promote and sell truck, trailer, and transportation parts to new and existing accounts Manage an assigned territory and grow monthly sales revenue Prospect for new business through cold calls, visits, referrals, and networking Follow up on quotes and open opportunities Coordinate with inside sales, service, and parts teams to support customers Deliver excellent customer service and problem resolution Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge Qualifications Previous outside sales experience preferred Transportation, truck parts, trailer parts, fleet maintenance, or related industry experience strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Organized and goal-oriented Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission Strong earning potential for top performers 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid time off Monday-Friday schedule Career advancement opportunities Company vehicle provided for the workday Schedule Full-time Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location Candidates must be able to travel between customer locations and company branches as needed.
