Job Description
We are seeking a Parts Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and experience supporting customers with parts inquiries and order processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Essential Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist customers with parts identification and part number requests. Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product information. Process customer parts orders accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve questions. Provide customers with requested documentation related to parts orders. Maintain accurate parts information to support timely responses to customer inquiries. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service. Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of exceptional customer service experience. 1-2 years of parts, technical support, or industrial equipment experience strongly preferred. SAP experience is a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Windows 10, and SharePoint. Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Willingness to continuously learn technical product knowledge. Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, operating instructions, and technical documentation. Basic mathematical skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, proportions, and related figures.
