We are looking for a Parts & Service Assistant to join the team. At the Kendall Reconditioning facility, our parts and service department assist throughout our internal dealer network by providing a steady stream of inspected, reconditioned and lot ready inventory for our sales teams. While in the parts department, duties will include maintaining parts inventory, checking in freight, stocking shelves, assisting technicians with parts needs, and processing orders returns and parts warranties. On the service side you will be responsible for writing repair orders, generating labor estimates on inspected vehicles, updating job lines, closing repair orders and various other clerical tasks. Work is generally performed indoors. Some work is in a shop environment, and may have exposure to cool or hot conditions, elevated noise levels, and fumes and. May spend most of work shift working with PCs and video display screens. Use telephone frequently.
