Our success is built on quality, innovation, and the people who make it all happen. We are looking for a dependable and energetic Parts & Accessories Associate to join our growing team. The Parts & Accessories Associate supports the daily operations of the Parts & Accessories department by assisting internal teams with identifying and ordering the correct parts and accessories. This role provides exceptional customer service, processes parts orders, and helps maintain an organized parts department while supporting the overall success of Columbia Vehicle Group. Key Responsibilities Assist internal departments in identifying the correct parts and accessories. Process parts orders accurately using Odoo ERP. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve partsrelated questions. Stay knowledgeable about Columbia Vehicle Group products, parts, and accessories. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a parts department, customer service, automotive, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong problemsolving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with a positive attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
