You'll manage inventory, assist customers with product selection, and build lasting relationships that drive repeat business. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication. Provide expert advice on Hydraulic parts to ensure customer satisfaction. Process sales transactions accurately via POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain proper cashiering procedures. Assist with order fulfillment, stocking shelves, and organizing parts to optimize accessibility and presentation. Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, product knowledge, and follow-up communication. Collaborate with the team to support Hydraulic repair needs by providing mechanical troubleshooting insights and parts recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a parts store environment. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory management. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer relationship building, and retail math to maximize sales opportunities. Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with diagnostics experience are a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professional phone etiquette and customer service standards. Organizational skills to manage stock levels efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and support marketing initiatives.
