Duties Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories, offering expert advice based on vehicle systems, maintenance needs, and repair procedures Manage inventory levels accurately using inventory management systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring stock availability and proper organization Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Collaborate with service technicians and dealership staff to facilitate order fulfillment, vehicle diagnostics, and mechanical troubleshooting Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, effective communication, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Maintain detailed records of parts sales, inventory control activities, and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word Support automotive repair processes by understanding vehicle maintenance schedules, automotive diagnostics, and vehicle systems to recommend appropriate parts Experience Proven dealership or retail experience in automotive parts sales or customer service preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, and automotive diagnostics Familiarity with inventory management software (CMMS), POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and retail math principles Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and maintain accurate records Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette proficiency for client communication and support Experience in automotive parts management, auto parts sales, or dealership environments is highly desirable Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive solutions!
