Responsibilities & Duties Our Parts Associates play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This position works closely with the Parts Manager and collaborates with our Parts, Service, and Sales teams. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is self-motivated, works well with others, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position also provides opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist customers with parts needs both in person and over the phone Provide friendly, courteous, and patient customer service Help customers locate and select the correct parts and accessories Assist customers with loading parts into their vehicles Receive, stock, organize incoming parts and help with shipping and receiving whenever needed. Maintain a clean and organized parts department and showroom Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to meet customer needs Use dealership computer systems to identify and order parts Process parts orders and communicate with customers regarding orders and availability Job Requirements Comfortable working with computers, email, parts ordering systems, and dealer management systems. Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain professional, courteous, and patient with customers Ability to work effectively as part of a team Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Current forklift certification is a plus; applicants must be willing to complete forklift training if needed Powersports, automotive, or parts industry experience is a plus Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus

Schedule Tuesday-Friday:

9:30 AM - 6:00

PM Saturday:

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM If we have customer transactions that carry us past closing, we stay until they are complete!
