Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage parts inventory, coordinate sourcing and procurement activities, and ensure seamless communication between suppliers, technicians, and customers. Your expertise will help maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline parts management processes, and support our commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Oversee inventory management systems to track Material Handling parts and accessories accurately Coordinate parts sourcing and procurement activities to meet operational demands Manage parts administration tasks including data entry, order processing, and documentation Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery terms for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts Maintain warehouse organization and ensure proper shipping & receiving procedures are followed Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for efficient parts tracking Support internal communication across departments to facilitate demand planning and inventory control Experience Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement within an Equipment, automotive, or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of diagnostics, vehicle systems, and heavy equipment parts management Hands-on warehouse experience with shipping & receiving procedures and equipment repair knowledge is a plus Familiarity with inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Ability to manage logistics inventory effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service Skilled in negotiation, sourcing strategies, and demand planning to optimize parts availability Join us as a Parts Coordinator and become an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering top-tier service through efficient parts management.
