Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Parts Sales Pro specializing in powersports to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for powersports parts and accessories, delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and managing inventory. Your mechanical knowledge, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for powersports will help customers find the perfect parts to enhance their riding experience. Duties Assist customers in selecting motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, and personal watercraft parts, accessories, and related products through knowledgeable recommendations and product expertise Manage inventory levels, stock parts efficiently, and ensure accurate inventory control using store software programs Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain proper cashiering procedures Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, answering questions about vehicle accessory options, and providing information about riding gear/apparel Work with our service team to process orders and provide parts knowledge to assist active repair order parts needs Maintain organized stockrooms, update product displays, and ensure all parts are properly stocked and labeled Show the ability to communicate and demonstrate how to operate customer purchases Experience Proven dealership experience or retail sales background within the powersports or automotive industry preferred Strong knowledge of powersports parts and accessories common items and vehicle maintenance needs Familiarity with inventory management systems Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a motivated mindset to sell Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with automotive diagnostics expertise to assist customers effectively Organizational skills to manage stock levels, order fulfillment processes, and maintain a clean work environment Join us as a Parts Sales Pro - Powersports to fuel your passion for riding while helping others gear up for their next adventure!
