Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our automotive team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians seeking automotive parts and accessories. Your expertise will ensure efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical knowledge and sales skills will drive success and satisfaction for both clients and the dealership. Long-term career opportunities with a family-owned company. Job Duties Assist customers in identifying, locating, and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories to meet their needs. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism. Provide technical advice on vehicle maintenance, automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and mechanical troubleshooting to customers and technicians. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely order fulfillment for repairs and maintenance jobs. Maintain organized records of parts orders, stock levels, and customer interactions using organizational skills and Microsoft Office tools. Requirements Excellent communication skills (bilingual-Spanish abilities are a plus) to effectively serve diverse customers. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Organizational skills to manage stock levels efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment. Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories sales combined with dealership experience is highly desirable.
Pay:
$700.00 - $800.00 per week
