To clean all auto door parts in accordance with DCU standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
To load & unload power washers & tumblers with dirty parts. To hand wash certain critical parts as needed. To load & unload vibratory system to polish certain parts as trained. To teardown & clean power washers & tumblers as scheduled by supervisor. To clean washroom floors & walls when needed. To power off washroom equipment when shift is over to ensure heating elements from burning out. To properly dispose of grease & sludge properly. To rinse & dry washed products properly to prevent rusting or spotting of cleaned parts. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced & at times stressful environment. Basic knowledge of working with hand tools & handheld power tools.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Be able to stand for entire shift Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Be able to work in hot climates during the summer months.
