Both agricultural professionals and do-it-yourself landowners in Bryan/College Station turn to WRI Tractors for their equipment needs. The Parts Counter Sales Representative reports to the Parts Manager. This position is located at our store in Bryan, TX. Responsibilities Work with Service Department to coordinate parts for repair and service Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up specific parts Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock Provide high level service to customers in person, by phone and by email, and communicate effectively and efficiently regarding customer parts status Look up and ordering of parts for AGCO and other vendors using their website catalogs Answer phone calls, provide price quotes as well as general information to customers Receive and process customer payment or process as AR Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom Maintain accurate records of inventory Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit emergency order, if necessary Other misc duties as requested by Management Required Skills Prompt and courteous attitude Strong communication skills - verbal and written Positive and hardworking personality Effective time management skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents for equipment Proficient computer skills - Microsoft applications, Online catalogs, able to learn internal software in a timely manner Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
