Job Description

As a Junior Parts Associate , you'll play a vital role in the efficient functioning of the shop. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of parts management. Let's delve into the details:
Daily Parts Operations :
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts. Match parts accurately to ensure correctness. Distribute parts efficiently within the shop.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization :
Keep the parts area clean and well-organized. Ensure parts are easily accessible for the team. Assisting with
Returns and Invoicing :
Under proper training, handle returns and invoicing tasks.
Requirements:
Age Requirement :
Must be 18 years or older .
Multitasking Skills :
Ability to work effectively in a high-productivity work environment.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :
Exceptional ability to analyze situations and find solutions.
Computer Proficiency :
Familiarity with parts ordering software.
Reading Repair Orders :
Ability to understand and interpret repair orders.
Effective Communication :
Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
Education and Experience:
One+
Years of Related Experience :
Prior experience in a similar role. Experience with CCC One (Preferred) : Familiarity with CCC One software is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
Work Environment :
Comfortable working in a noisy area with various odors.
Lifting Capacity :
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
Physical Agility :
Capable of bending, stretching, kneeling, and squatting for repairs and inspections.
Reach :
Ability to reach both below and above shoulder level.

Work Hours :
Aligned with shop hours.
Compensation :
Hourly rate based on 40-45 hours , up to $18/hr .
