Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Parts Specialist, where you will be the key to ensuring our customers and technicians have quick access to the right automotive parts and accessories. Your energetic approach and expert knowledge will drive customer satisfaction, streamline inventory management, and support vehicle maintenance and repair operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine mechanical expertise with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, assisting customers with their automotive needs, and maintaining organized stock levels to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle systems and repair needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and tracking parts using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) software Process sales transactions accurately through cashiering functions while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to fulfill parts orders promptly, ensuring timely vehicle maintenance and repair support Conduct regular stock audits, organize stockrooms efficiently, and handle order fulfillment to prevent shortages or overstock situations Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, upselling automotive products, and providing exceptional service Maintain knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance procedures to assist customers effectively Experience Proven dealership or retail experience in automotive parts sales or related roles Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems with mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with inventory management tools such as CMMS or similar software; familiarity with POS systems is a plus Demonstrated ability to negotiate sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills coupled with attention to detail for stock control and order processing Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence Join us in delivering top-tier automotive solutions by combining your mechanical knowledge with outstanding sales and organizational skills.
