This role involves identifying correct parts, processing orders accurately and maintaining strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers. The representative helps support the efficient operation of the dealership's parts department by managing inventory, generating sales, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. Duties

• Utilize order management systems to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for procurement management, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Assist in logistics operations, including shipping & receiving tasks as needed.
• Provide knowledge support on automotive diagnostics, repair services, and product features to customers and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities Retail Sales:

• Greet walk-in and phone customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Provide accurate quotes, pricing and product availability.
• Process sales transactions and returns through the dealership's system.
• Handle special orders and follow up with customers regarding order status.

Wholesales Sales:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
• Respond promptly to wholesale inquiries via phone, email or electronic ordering.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery or shipment of wholesale orders
• Maintain regular contact with wholesale accounts to ensure repeat business
• Resolve issues such as returns, back orders, or incorrect shipments efficiently. Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in an automotive dealership parts department or similar role
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts: experience with OEM parts preferred
• Familiarity with dealership DMS (Dealer Management System) (e.g.,PBS Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Must be able to work rotating weekends
• Valid drivers license with 3 years driving history.
