The Parts Associate is the frontline of the parts retail experience. This role combines selling with strong product knowledge to help customers identify the right parts, accessories, and supplies for their trailers or equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide frontline customer service Help customers identify specific trailer components needed Prepare purchase orders, receive parts Inventory control, cycle counts Parts picking for repair orders Keep parts shop and accessory store clean and organized Label, count, barcode, and shelf all parts upon arrival

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in parts retail, customer service, or a related role preferred Experience in trailers, truck beds, RV, automotive parts a plus Ability to learn technical knowledge quickly Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented work habits

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

Product knowledge - familiarity with trailer mechanics, parts, and accessories Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time High school diploma or equivalent; dealership or retail parts experience preferred
