Auto Parts Advisor The Grubbs Family has been in the automobile business since 1948. We are looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals for our parts clerk position at our Infiniti dealership in Grapevine. We hope you are interested in joining our dealership family!
Key Responsibilities:
Discusses the use and features of various parts. Fills customer orders from stock. Prepares sales slip or sales contract. Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available. Examines returned part to determine if defective, and exchanges part or refunds money. Marks and stores parts in the stockroom according to the prearranged system. Receives and fills internet orders for parts. Takes inventory of stock. Completes any reports or logs Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience preferred Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Highly professional and dependable Safety and customer service oriented Must be willing to participate in and pass a background check and clear a drug screening
