Parts Department - Customer Service Representative We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Counter Representative with a background in the lawn and garden and/or tractor industry to join our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience assisting customers and technicians with parts identification and ordering. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to both retail and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts inquiries Accurately identify, source, and order parts for lawn and garden equipment and tractors Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock replenishment Handle shipping and receiving duties Process sales transactions and special orders Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability

Qualifications:

Previous parts counter experience (lawn & garden / tractor industry preferred) We will consider experience in the automotive parts industry. Shipping and receiving experience Strong mechanical aptitude and product knowledge Excellent communication and customer service skills Computer proficiency and experience with parts lookup systems Ability to lift and move parts as needed Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required We offer competitive pay, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth.
