Job Description

We're looking for a Parts & Service Specialist who takes pride in helping customers keep their equipment running by helping them find the parts they need or repair their machines. In this role, you'll oversee the parts and service needs at the branch — from quoting and invoicing to sourcing, inventory management, workorder creation, processing and communications — while delivering professional, customer-focused service every step of the way.

Compensation Package:

Hourly wage + performance bonus + profit-sharing + 401k with 6% match.

What You Bring:

Strong customer service and communication skills across multiple channels. Ability to read, understand, and interpret vendor parts catalogs and technical information. Problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of challenges and resolve them quickly. Assists customers by properly identifying service needs. Documents complaints and issues to allow for proper repair diagnosing. Stays in constant communication with customer in regards to quote, scheduling, status and completion or repairs. Opens and closes work orders, properly coding repairs. High attention to detail. Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple requests. Proficiency with computer systems, including inventory/order management software and Microsoft Office.

What You'll Do:

Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person, on the phone, by email, and text. Manage the complete parts and service cycle, including account setup, quoting, invoicing, and payment collection. Identify, source, and secure correct parts and accessories; recommend additional products that add convenience and long-term value. Receive, process, and ship parts orders; maintain accurate inventory through reordering and cycle counts. Assists customers by properly identifying service needs. Documents complaints and issues to allow for proper repair diagnosing. Opens and closes work orders. Stays in communication with customer as to status.

Education and Experience:

Two years of part and/or experience in automotive or construction related role (preferred)

• One year of experience in customer service

Other Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and professional appearance. Must have high attention to detail. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
