Serve Others. Keep promises. Be Owners. Have fun. About the Role We're a growing HVAC company looking for someone who knows the parts side of this business cold. If you've worked the counter at a supply house — Johnstone, Baker, ACR, Carrier Enterprise, Ferguson, Winsupply, or similar — and you're tired of being on your feet for ten hours a day while techs ask you the same five questions, we've got a chair with your name on it. You'll be the person our techs call when they need a part yesterday, and the person our customers' estimates run through before they go out the door. It's a fast-paced seat with real ownership, and you'll be doing it alongside an operations team that genuinely likes showing up to work. We work hard, we close jobs, and we have a good time doing it. Lunch is a group sport. Friday afternoons get loud. The group chat is unhinged in the best way. What You'll Do Source parts daily — call distributors and supply houses to check availability, pricing, and lead times; place orders and track them to delivery Run warranty lookups — check manufacturer warranty status (Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, etc.) by serial number, file warranty claims, and process warranty part returns and cores Build custom estimates — work with the Service Manager and techs to put together repair and replacement quotes; price out parts, mark up correctly, and get estimates back to the customer fast Cross-reference part numbers — find OEM equivalents, substitutes, and universal options when something's backordered Manage POs and receiving — track what's on order, what's in, and what's been allocated to which job Coordinate with techs in the field — answer "do you have this in stock?" calls and get parts staged for next-day jobs Vendor relationships — keep our reps honest on pricing and get us to the front of the line when parts are tight What We're Looking For 2+ years working the counter at an HVAC parts house, supply house, or distributor — this is the big one Strong working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and parts ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred — if you already know the software, you'll hit the ground running Comfortable on the phone — you'll be calling 10-20 vendors a day Detail-oriented enough not to miss a serial number digit or a markup A sense of humor and thick enough skin to handle a fast-talking operations team Bilingual English/Spanish a plus The Setup This is an in-office role, every day — you'll be sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with dispatch and the Service Manager. You'll report directly to the Service Manager.
