What You'll Do As a Back Counter Parts Specialist, you'll be a critical link between our service technicians, vendors, and inventory systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support Service Technicians:

Accurately identify, source, and issue parts for repairs and maintenance

Parts Lookup & Ordering:

Utilize systems and manuals to find correct parts quickly and efficiently

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock levels, cycle counts, and organization of the parts department

Receiving & Processing:

Handle incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and stock items properly

Vendor Coordination:

Communicate with suppliers to source parts, check availability, and expedite orders

Documentation:

Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the system

Problem Solving:

Quickly resolve parts-related issues to minimize equipment downtime What We're Looking For Experience in parts, warehouse, or service support roles (material handling or heavy equipment experience is a plus) Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read parts diagrams/schematics Excellent organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with computer systems (ERP experience preferred) Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Why Join Industrial Power?
