  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone, to assess their needs and provide assistance.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and applications, to effectively advise customers.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Assist in the organization and stocking of parts, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
  • Order Processing:
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including quotations, sales orders, and returns, using our point-of-sale system.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the service and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive or industrial parts sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to sales and inventory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or sales training is a plus.
