Parts Coordinator

A growing manufacturing and fabrication company specializing in custom grills and smokers is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator / Parts Sales Associate to join our team in Mesquite. This role is essential in supporting daily production operations, inventory control, and customer service while ensuring efficient parts management throughout the manufacturing process.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage the parts sales process from order entry through completion Verify invoices for accurate pricing, coding, and timely payment processing Ensure invoices are completed and submitted for month-end reporting Track warranties for parts and services and maintain proper documentation Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for parts and materials Create and complete work orders while coordinating with the production team throughout builds Communicate with customers regarding order status, parts availability, and shipping updates Utilize ERP and CRM systems to process orders, inventory transactions, and shipping information Qualifications Previous experience in Parts Sales, Parts Coordination, or Inventory Management preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail with a professional attitude and dependable work ethic Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components required Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Forklift certification or experience is preferred, but not required
