Parts & Accessories Specialist - Join Our Powersports Team! Are you passionate about powersports? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts & Accessories Specialist to provide top-tier service to our valued customers while keeping our inventory in check and our showroom looking sharp.

Parts Professional What You'll Do:

Keep inventory stocked, organized, and looking fresh every day Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming parts & accessories department Crush daily sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction Stay up to date with manufacturer promotions and incentives Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories to enhance their powersports experience Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations Accurately process transactions and manage cash drawer reconciliation Help move aging inventory by promoting special deals Minimize department expenses and shipping costs to maximize profitability Maintain proper phone etiquette and customer communication standards Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a strong, positive work culture

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for powersports and customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team players who thrive in a collaborative setting Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes (Lightspeed and PM Pro experience is a plus!) Professionalism and a positive attitude every single day Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends as needed Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

Parts Professional Physical Requirements:

Must be able to move easily in a shop environment and lift moderately heavy items Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day Full use of hands for typing and handling parts Why Join Us?
