Description:
The Automotive Parts Salesperson is responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories to customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts. This position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills. The Parts Salesperson ensures accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and professional communication while performing all duties consistent with ADA essential functions and dealership policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of automotive parts or service experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and accessories. Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and positive attitude. ADA Essential Duties Ability to stand, walk, and move between parts counters and stock areas for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders to access parts storage areas.
