Job Description We're hiring a Service Parts Coordinator who will support shop operations by managing the flow of parts, supplies, and repairs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and internal teams. What You'll Do Tag and log all incoming tool repairs Process completed repairs, bill accordingly, and coordinate shipment Assist internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person Perform daily cycle counts on parts and inventory Receive, count, and stock incoming parts and supplies Order parts and supplies as directed by the shop supervisor Maintain organized records and file documentation Support general branch, warehouse, and office functions as needed What We're Looking For ✔ Basic experience in customer service, office support, or inventory functions ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Ability to work closely within a small team environment ✔ Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability ✔ Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, etc.) ✔ Some purchasing or inventory experience preferred ✔ Ability to stand and bend for extended periods ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Why You'll Love Working With Us 🕒 Consistent Hours
