Job Summary Join our dynamic Parts Department and become a vital part of our agriculture service team! In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure the seamless flow of parts to support vehicle repairs, manufacturing, and customer service. Your expertise will help optimize supply chain processes, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional service to internal teams and customers alike. This position offers an energetic environment where proactive problem-solving and efficient operations drive success. Duties Oversee inventory management using ERP systems and order management software to track parts availability and reorder levels. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier relationships. Manage warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, storage, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain procurement records, perform data entry tasks, and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for equipment maintenance tracking. Support demand planning by analyzing usage trends and adjusting stock levels accordingly. Collaborate with agriculture service teams to fulfill parts orders promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Implement logistics strategies for shipping & receiving, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong background in inventory management, procurement management, and logistics coordination. Familiarity with dealership operations, auto body repair processes, and automotive repair services. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400, and equipment like forklifts. Knowledge of OEM parts sourcing, pricing strategies, demand planning, and negotiation techniques. Mechanical aptitude with automotive diagnostics and equipment repair understanding is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and suppliers. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
