Job Description
Harley-Davidson Parts Warehouse & Inventory Assistant Wilkins Harley-Davidson is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Warehouse & Inventory Assistant. This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping our Parts and Service Departments operating efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and merchandise. Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of incoming shipments. Label, shelve, organize, and rotate inventory as needed. Maintain an orderly parts room for efficient storage and retrieval. Pull and issue parts to service technicians based on repair orders. Assist the Service Department with locating needed parts. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory audits. Process returns, cores, and warranty parts according to dealership procedures. Operate dealership inventory and point-of-sale computer systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts storage area. Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and learning inventory-management systems. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes and motorcycle parts. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
