As the face of our store, youll help retail and professional customers find the right parts, provide solutions to their automotive needs, and create a great experience every time they walk through the door. Whether youre an experienced parts professional or someone with automotive knowledge who is ready to grow, well provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What Youll Do:
Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in-store and over the phoneHelp customers identify the right automotive parts and solutionsUse your automotive knowledge to answer questions and troubleshoot needsBuild relationships with retail customers, repair shops, and commercial accountsProcess sales transactions and maintain accurate recordsManage special orders and ensure customers receive the parts they needSupport daily store operations, including inventory organization and deliveriesPromote a safe and positive team environmentWhat Were Looking For:
