Join Sanel NAPA as an Automotive Parts Specialist and become a trusted resource for our retail and commercial customers. You'll help customers find the right parts, learn the automotive parts business, and work alongside a team that keeps customers and vehicles moving.
What You'll DoHelp retail and commercial customers at the counter and over the phoneUse computer systems and parts catalogs to identify and recommend the right partsProcess sales and handle cash and card transactionsSupport special orders and inventory activitiesProvide occasional backup support for deliveries as neededWork with your team to solve customer needsKeep the store organized, stocked, and customer-readyFollow safety procedures and participate in safety huddlesWhat We're Looking ForAutomotive knowledge or a willingness to learnStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable using computers and learning new systemsReliable team player who can work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitask and stay organizedHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and acceptable driving historyMust be at least 18 years oldPhysical RequirementsAbility to occasionally lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
