Job Description
We are a fast-paced company looking for a Parts Specialist to join our growing team! Retail and automotive experience is a plus! Responsibilities Face-to-face customer interaction for accessory sales Complete sales via phone or email in a professional manner Assist all customers with products and questions Cashier out all invoices with the correct method of payment Learn the tools necessary to have full understanding of the products sold in the store Look up accessories in catalogs and/or the computer where necessary Make professional displays to showcase the products sold in the store Contact customers when the parts have arrived at the store Put away all daily stock on showroom floor Dust/clean product displays Organize all products in a professional setting Balance cash drawer and credit card machines at the end of the night. Up-selling to customers where applicable Print shipping labels for USPS, UPS and FEDEX Track shipments Requirements Organized and friendly personality Time management skills Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. Proficient with Microsoft Office Willingness to learn. A desire to work in a performance based environment. Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned.
