Commission Based-Annual pay range is $55K
  • 60K depending on performance.
Schedule:
Exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Must be available weekends. Parts department is open all days from 7 am to 7 pm. This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Parts Manager. Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is looking for an accomplished Parts Advisor to join our busy and award-winning Parts Department. What You'll Do As a Parts Advisor, you will help provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers by: Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department Process orders and ensure seamless delivery Build relationships with customers and vendors Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards What You'll Bring Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment 2+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience is ideal) Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Willingness to grow within the company Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The annual earning potential for this role is $55,000
  • 60,000 which includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits.
Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
