Description Volvo Cars Bellevue | Bellevue, WA | Parts Support - Driving, Shipping & Receiving | Warehouse Operations | No prior automotive experience required! This role ensures parts are received accurately, stored properly, and delivered efficiently to support technicians and guest vehicles. Across 40+ rooftops, we scale performance through standards, training, and repeatable processes. Volvo represents precision engineering and high standards. Our parts department plays a critical role in maintaining brand integrity and service efficiency. What You'll Do Receive daily parts shipments and verify accuracy against invoices and packing slips Inspect incoming parts for damage and proper documentation Accurately stock parts in designated warehouse locations Process returns, cores, and warranty parts according to manufacturer guidelines Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers Maintain organized shelving and warehouse layout Support technicians and counter staff with timely parts delivery Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy processes Operate forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if required) How We Operate Structured receiving and inventory procedures Clear labeling and bin location standards Defined shipping and returns process Team-based communication between service, parts, and management Focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency Performance Expectations Maintain high inventory accuracy Process inbound shipments same-day when possible Minimize parts handling errors Support technician productivity through timely fulfillment Follow all safety and compliance procedures What It Takes Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts department experience preferred Automotive parts experience a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills for inventory systems Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable attendance and team-first mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within Swickard Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Why Volvo Cars Bellevue Premier European brand Stable leadership and structured department processes Opportunity to grow within a multi-store organization A culture built on integrity, consistency, and follow-through
