The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about automotive parts, enjoys working with customers and technicians, and can provide fast, accurate, and friendly service in a busy dealership environment. Responsibilities Assist retail customers, technicians, and service advisors with identifying and ordering automotive parts Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership parts systems Prepare parts orders and ensure accurate pricing and availability Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts Maintain accurate inventory and assist with regular inventory counts Process special orders, returns, and warranty-related parts Communicate with parts vendors and suppliers to locate and obtain needed parts Maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts department Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive working relationship with the service and sales departments Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a plus Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and parts catalog/inventory systems As part of our commitment to safety and compliance, all final candidates must successfully complete the following prior to hire: Pre-employment drug screening Criminal background check Motor vehicle record (MVR) review Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of these screenings.
