Job Description

Cycle Barn is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Parts & Accessories Sales Specialist to join our team. No dealership parts experience? That's okay. If you have a strong interest in powersports, a willingness to learn, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career with one of Washington's premier powersports dealerships. Responsibilities Assist customers in finding the right parts, accessories, riding gear, and maintenance products Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication Learn to use manufacturer parts catalogs and dealership software to identify and order parts Help process customer orders, special orders, returns, and warranty parts Receive, stock, and organize inventory Work with the service department to supply technicians with needed parts Help merchandise the showroom and keep displays clean and organized Stay current on new products and manufacturer promotions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or powersports Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift and move parts and merchandise as needed Retail, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Motorcycle riding experience or endorsement is a plus, but not required What We Offer Paid on-the-job training Career advancement opportunities Employee discounts on motorcycles, parts, accessories, and apparel Performance-based bonus opportunities Professional development and manufacturer training Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Parental Leave Prescription Drug Coverage Referral Program Relocation Assistance (where applicable) Education High School Diploma or GED preferred Schedule Full-time In-person If you're looking for more than just a job and want to turn your passion for powersports into a career, we'd love to meet you.
