Compensation will be discussed at interview with related experience and knowledge taken into account. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories based on their history/vehicle needs. Maintain accurate organized inventory control and stock levels with good data entry skills and attention to detail. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle/process payments, and manage customer communication professionally. Build strong customer relationships through effective courteous communication, product knowledge, and personalized service. Collaborate with the management & service team to support operations by providing timely parts support. Manage using systems in place to track stock levels, order parts, and record transactions efficiently. Maintain and respect stocking procedures, maintain cleanliness of the parts counter area, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Demonstrate organizational skills by prioritizing tasks effectively during busy periods to meet customer demands promptly. Qualifications Experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments is highly preferred but we will train the right person. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive repair processes, and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial. Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order processing. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and parts management best practices is desirable. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles within an automotive or related industry will be advantageous.
