About The Position Reporting to our Parts Director, our Parts Counter Advisor is an integral part of our Parts Department responsible for the sales and inventory process. Success in this role requires attention to detail, passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to problem solve. You'll be expected to assist both our customers and our service department in locating needed parts, some of which can be challenging to attain in today's market. Pricing, billing, and inventory will also be an important part of the process.
