Success in this role requires attention to detail, passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to problem solve. You'll be expected to assist both our customers and our service department in locating needed parts, some of which can be challenging to attain in today's market. Pricing, billing, and inventory will also be an important part of the process. Experience selling auto parts is preferred although not required. Responsibilities (not limited to): Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Converse effectively/efficiently to customers and employees regarding customer parts status Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
