What You'll Do As a Cabinetry Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting the cabinet sales team by supporting all aspects of the customer experience—from design assistance to delivery coordination and post-sale service. You will help ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion by managing project details, handling follow-ups, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining clear communication across all departments. Design & Customer Service Support Support all aspects of the customer experience , offering design assistance and detailed project follow-through. Serve as a central liaison between the cabinet sales team, vendors, customers, and internal departments. Act as an exemplary store representative , upholding Bliffert's values of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service. Maintain organized records of quotes, designs, delivery dates, and service issues to ensure workflow efficiency. Order, Inventory & Post-Sale Operations Initiate and follow through on warranty claims or damaged item replacements, ensuring swift resolution for customers. Coordinate delivery timelines and track cabinet orders from order entry through fulfillment. Conduct occasional warehouse or yard visits to inspect cabinet shipments, check inventory, and coordinate with drivers. Utilize Spruce inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage orders, inventory, and departmental communication. Safety & Compliance Follow and enforce all safety rules and policies outlined in the employee handbook and safety manual. Report all accidents, safety incidents, and injuries immediately to Management. Protect company values by keeping financial information, business plans, and customer records strictly confidential. Perform additional job responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Experience:

Previous experience in cabinetry, interior design, or construction support is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), ability to learn Spruce inventory software, and familiarity with cabinet design software (e.g., 2020 Design) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with vendors and clients.

Screening:

Ability to pass a company-standard drug screen and comprehensive background check.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods, as well as occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
