  • Ordering, invoicing and receiving parts
  • Ensure all parts and accessories pricing is accurate, competitive, and correctly displayed
  • Coordinate with technicians to order or stock necessary parts to ensure successful service in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a physical inventory, cycle count, and proper counter procedures to ensure product availability when needed
  • Assists technicians as needed with diagnosis, pictures, documentation, authorization and repair guidelines to conform with manufacturer requirements.
  • Responsible for preparing records, reconciling warranty claims, & submitting warranty claims to the factory and distributors
  • Filing of warranty documentation and maintain records as necessary for company reference as required.
  • Maintains warranty parts for scrapping or refund in accordance with manufacture guidelines in order to facilitate payment to dealership.
  • Works with Service Manager to hold technicians and advisors accountable for proper paperwork, stories, and turning in of defective warranty parts.
  • Provide excellent overall customer service
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
  • Strong computer skills
  • RV or camping product knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow up skills
  • A valid driver's license may be required
Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities:
  • Climbing, bending stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual activity
  • The work will primarily be performed indoors
