Pricing Associate Sunshine Acres Boutique and Donation Center Mesa, AZ Job Details Part-time $15.15 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Research Full Job Description All employees are a vital part of the daily operation of Sunshine Acres Boutique and Donation Center. Pricing Associates are responsible for accurately evaluating, pricing, and preparing donated merchandise for sale while maintaining quality, consistency, and productivity standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. While employees may assist in other production areas as business needs require, the primary responsibility of this position is merchandise pricing. The following duties require a TEAM mindset, flexibility and professionalism. Employees are expected to be cross trained in each department and available to assist when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 1.

Accurately evaluate and price donated merchandise using established pricing guidelines. 2. Meet daily pricing and productivity goals. 3. Ensure merchandise is clean, complete, and sale-ready prior to pricing. 4. Research specialty, collectible, and high-value items using approved resources when necessary. 5. Maintain consistency and accuracy when applying pricing standards. 6. Communicate unusual or high-value items to the Production Manager. 7. Keep pricing carts current and ensure merchandise is processed in a timely manner. 8. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pricing workstation. 9. Assist with sorting and production activities as business needs require. 10. Work collaboratively with the Production and Retail teams to maintain a consistent flow of merchandise. 11. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1.

Excellent attention to detail. 2. Ability to make consistent pricing decisions. 3. Ability to recognize quality, condition, and value of donated merchandise. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to meet daily productivity expectations. 6. Comfortable using internet resources to research specialty items. 7. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. 8. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay:

$15.15 per hour
