We help companies that make, move, and service the world handle complex customer requests across fragmented operational systems. Our agents automate workflows, investigate exceptions, coordinate next steps, and help businesses deliver faster, more reliable service. Role Description As a Head of GTM you will own the commercial motion from early customer discovery through pilot conversion, renewal, and expansion. A major part of the role is monetization. We are building a product where customers pay for a delivered customer resolution, not simply access to software. You will help define how that model works in practice — including pricing, packaging, pilot structure, value measurement, contract terms, and renewal strategy. You'll run discovery and sales conversations, build pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, convert pilots into production contracts, run QBRs and value reviews, and use what you learn to continually improve how Rowe is priced and sold. What we are looking for The most important qualification is direct experience commercializing AI products under usage-based or outcome-based pricing models across the full customer lifecycle including running it into market.
You should have:
Designed or materially shaped a usage-based, consumption-based, or outcome-based pricing model. Taken that pricing model to market and negotiated it directly with customers. Converted pilots into paid production contracts. Run QBRs or value reviews tied to customer outcomes, usage, or ROI. Renewed and expanded contracts under usage-based or outcome-based commercial structures. Iterated pricing, packaging, and contract terms based on real customer behavior and renewal experience.
