The Pricing Support position is responsible for maintaining pricing data, supporting pricing initiatives, researching and resolving pricing issues, and assisting with daily pricing operations. This role works closely with branch personnel and the Purchasing Department to support accurate pricing and contribute to OpCo profitability. Essential Functions Support pricing initiatives by maintaining and updating pricing information in Eclipse/Solar. Review and analyze pricing, customer, and product data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Utilize company-provided analytics and reporting tools to monitor pricing activity and support decision-making. Research and resolve pricing errors, discrepancies, and customer-specific pricing issues. Maintain customer and product pricing records within Eclipse/Solar. Work with vendors and branch personnel to support, track, and submit customer and branch rebates, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Assist with customer pricing requests, quotes, and pricing maintenance activities. Work closely with branch personnel to implement and communicate pricing updates and programs. Partner with Purchasing and other departments to identify and correct pricing and data issues. Serve as a cross-functional backup for other Pricing Support and Pricing team functions. Generate reports and provide administrative support related to pricing activities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in data entry, pricing support, customer service, administration, distribution operations, or a related business environment preferred. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data analysis. Proficient in Eclipse/Solar and other company systems used to maintain pricing and customer data. Ability to learn and effectively utilize company-provided data analytics and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and research skills. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
