You'll be: Delivering exceptional customer service to internal clients within Service and Spare Parts Departments Processing a high volume of incoming tickets from internal team members Maintaining and updating pricing on spare parts, and ensuring accurate product and workflow information Following up on outstanding pricing and part set-up requests to ensure timely resolution Collaborating with Central Purchasing, Production, and other internal departments to gather part information and maintain lead times Responding promptly and professionally to escalated situations, utilizing appropriate tools and internal documents Maintaining an organized work environment and efficiently managing multiple screens and administrative tasks This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous customer service experience (preferred) Have experience handling a large volume of emails and communicating with patience and diplomacy Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Are proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems is a plus Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree or equivalent education preferred) Can maintain professionalism and a positive rapport with internal clients, following established procedures and guidelines What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
