full-time Position Summary The Quoting Coordinator supports the Sales team by preparing accurate and timely customer quotations, proposals, and bid documents for new business opportunities. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Customers to ensure quote requests are completed efficiently and meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a career in sales support, customer service, or business operations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales team in preparing quotes, bids, proposals, and pricing packages for prospective and existing customers. Review customer quote requests and gather all necessary information to ensure accurate pricing and product selection. Coordinate with internal departments, including Purchasing, Operations, and Finance, to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information. Maintain and update quote records within CRM and ERP systems. Ensure all quotations are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines. Follow up with Sales Representatives regarding pending quotes and bid opportunities. Track quote status and provide reporting on open, won, and lost opportunities. Support the preparation of bid documentation, customer forms, and contract requirements. Verify pricing, product specifications, and terms before releasing quotations. Assist in maintaining pricing databases and customer records. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree or equivalent; business-related coursework preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
