Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Fully Onsite Our client is an established manufacturing company with a collaborative, team-oriented culture where employees work closely together to support customers and keep operations running smoothly. The Contracts and Estimating teams work hand-in-hand, and the overall environment is easygoing and supportive. A successful candidate will be comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work and will have experience working in an ERP, mainframe, or similar business system. Manufacturing experience is highly valued, as an understanding of how parts are produced will help provide context when reviewing customer pricing. Responsibilities Review customer contracts and ensure pricing information is accurate and up to date. Update current customer pricing within the company's
AS400 ERP
system. Verify that the currency selected for each customer matches the currency specified in the customer contract. Accurately enter pricing information, paying close attention to decimal placement and other details that can significantly impact pricing. Work with multiple currencies, including pesos and other international currencies. Apply monthly commodity adjustments and foreign exchange (FX) adjustments. Review pricing calculations and make basic mathematical adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate contract and pricing data within the ERP system. Work closely with the Contracts and Estimating teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate information. Follow established processes and maintain a high level of accuracy in repetitive data-entry and pricing activities.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Comfortable performing tedious, repetitive work without losing focus. Experience working with an ERP, mainframe, or similar business system. Some manufacturing experience preferred, with an understanding of how manufactured parts are produced. Basic understanding of pricing concepts and math, including percentage adjustments and discounts. Ability to recognize and accurately work with different currencies. Strong data-entry skills and a demonstrated history of accuracy. Professional references who can speak to attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with
AS400 / IBM
i systems. Experience with Epicor . Understanding of purchase order processes, including blanket POs and PO releases. Familiarity with Incoterms and FOB points. Experience with commodity pricing adjustments. Familiarity with foreign exchange (FX) adjustments. Experience reviewing customer contracts or maintaining customer pricing.
